Lady and Co offers a fully equipped darkroom for hire – for all your film processing and handprinting needs. Don’t know how to process or print? Why not book a workshop first! 

You may book a singular session or choose to arrange multiple sessions to suit your needs. The space is accommodated for maximum workflow,  making sure you have a comfortable processing and/or printing experience. The darkroom is equipped with chemicals for processing and printing, which is included in the hiring fee; for printing purposes, please supply your own paper. You will have an option to buy printing paper from Lady and Co if required.

The following equipment is available:

Film processing – Paterson processing reels, tanks in various sizes to accommodate 35mm, 120 and 4×5 film, measuring jugs, thermometers, film washer and drying lines.

Handprinting – Safe lights, enlargers to accommodate 35mm, 120 and 4×5 film, filters, focus finders, easels, trays, thermometers, print washer, print drying rack
